Innovative degreed Accounting Professional with experience working with a Public Accounting Firm, large non-profit Healthcare Organization and a small business. I am an Accountant and began my career with Allison Knapp & Siekmann, Ltd. in Belleville, Il. After three years in public accounting, I was employed ten years by Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation, a Federally Qualified Healthcare System. My employment at SIHF has provided various levels of experience in several roles within the SIHF system. I began as a Senior Accountant performing bank reconciliations, journal entries and numerous analysis functions. As Billing Department Director I recomended policies pertaining to pricing, billing and collection of payments. Produced and evaluated medical physcian daily productivity reports. As Budget Manager I prepared annual budgets and periodic forcasts for multiple locations and have helped develop and roll out financial processes. I provided financial training to non-financial managers. Over these years I have gained a broad range of experience.
