About Paul Leech

During my years of working as an IT professional, I handled multiple positions within the field, such as Onsite IT Engineer (2nd and 3rd line) and Systems Administrator. I gained extensive knowledge in multiple systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Remote Access (RDS), Hyper-V 2008 and Hyper-V 2012 Clusters, Symantec, and Trend, among many others. I have been responsible for the development and implementation of many ICT policies and cyber security rollouts. I played a key role in several projects while working at Unity Technology Solutions and Rehab Group, such as phone system installation, PC tendering, asset management, and encryption projects. Throughout all the stages of these projects, I worked on maintaining close communication with 3rd parties and service providers, as well as key account managers. I am skilled at developing and implementing group policies across multiple networks on a per user, per machine and per domain basis. I am also capable of developing and implementing web filtering policies, as well as identifying and resolving infrastructure failures and monitoring VPN connections. In my work, I adopt a proactive approach to troubleshooting problems. My professionalism and strategic thinking skills have allowed me to deliver high-quality services within high-pressure helpdesk environments. I am able to prioritise tasks and to design strategic solutions for complex ICT problems.
