About Paul Levering

I coach leadership teams to help them get more of what they want from their businesses. As a Certified EOS Implementer™, I help implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®), a holistic business operating system solving problems to achieve the vision. I’m fortunate to have had the unique perspective of using Scaling Up at my Telecom company and EOS at BlueHat Mechanical as an owner and Leadership Team member. The real-world experience is invaluable as it helps me understand what my clients are going through because I’ve been on the journey myself. History:In my work as founder and CEO of FeatureTel, I am proud of our team for pioneering Hosted VoIP service in North Carolina as the first greenfield hosted VoIP service provider in the state. We built an organization that was highly regarded by its customers while earning our investors a successful return on their investment. After exiting the business in December 2012 with a sale to Bright House Networks, I took 2013 to spend time with my family and serve on 3 nonprofit boards. As past Chairman of the Apex Chamber of Commerce and Board member of the Raleigh-Durham Chapter of the Global Entrepreneurs' Organization (E.O.), I enjoy staying connected to the local entrepreneurial network. In 2014, I invested in BlueHat Mechanical with a partner and grew the business for 9 years using EOS. After an exit in 2022, I dedicated myself to helping leaders grow their businesses with EOS.
