About Paul Marsh

The Marsh Group Inc. was set up 25+ years ago to be used in certain employment situations and that worked very effectively. I used TMG to operate in several ways; management consulting, commissioned sales, contract management, etc. Eight years ago I invested and set up a small tree company (Woodland Services) for my son to operate. I have been working in that business and also teach business partial load at Fanshawe College. I teach in class and online (Introduction to Business, Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility, and Talking Business. I work part time as a business coach for Woodland Services. I have the ability to take on more and I would like to offer my services as a coach, consultant, etc. I am passionate about leadership, management and sales. I have experience in many industries including Finance; Furniture and Bedding Components; Packaging and Labeling; Management Consulting; Automotive Engine and Seating Components; Agriculture and Commercial Vehicle Componentss; and Laser and Machine Controls. I have General Management experience and specialize in selling however I also have worked in Plant Management, Engineering, Quality Control, and Productivity Improvement. I have experience in selling nationally and I have sold globally for many years. My main global markets were USA, China, India, Australia however I have sold throughout Europe, South America, Central America (Mexico) South Africa, Egypt, Pakistan, Malaysia, UAE, etc. I have a sports background (Ice Hockey) and I am especially fond of sports management, coaching and administration. I enjoy meeting new people and understanding different cultures. A book written by C.K. Prahalad "Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid" is one of my favorites and would suggest it to all.
