In 2017, I had a hypothesis. Would organizations and approaches to leadership require a different set of leadership qualities to successfully navigate ongoing disruption and be future-ready? Over 25 years, I have worked with and developed many leading global consulting firms. → More than 100 organizations have trusted me to support them with their transformation, strategy, organizational design and talent and leadership development needs → I have worked in 15 different industries and sectors → I have supported thousands of leaders to develop their leadership capacity and capability Alongside this, I unintentionally started building another brand. It's taken 8 years and sparked a new global conversation about the future of leadership and how we recruit emerging leaders. In addition to consulting, I research, write, speak, podcast and train leaders and organizations as part of supporting them to be future-ready. My mission is to evolve the narrative about the leadership qualities our emerging leaders will increasingly need for the future.
