I am and always have been someone who genuinely enjoys helping others to do more than they believe they can do, I enjoy helping those who need it most, when they need it most and seeing the lights come on as people realise they can take control and work towards a brand new future. I have been working in local communities running various projects designed to improve the lives of local residents for 3 years now. Previously a trainer for just over ten years I am always open to new challenges I have a continuous record of career and academic achievement focused on building skills to help others. Despite having a very upbeat attitude to life and a unusual sense of humour, I take my responsibilities very seriously and can be relied on to give the very best to the people I work with. I have been described as an "enthusiastic and dedicated individual possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a desire for continuous personal and career development". A graduate in Business & Information Management, a qualified trainer/assessor and an accredited facilitator and having a varied background I have a proven track record of being able to adapt easily to new environments and duties, to suit the needs of the business. Having a blend of training, service, employability and community work experience, I am able to combine a pragmatic approach to a service but target orientated environment with a genuine interest in helping others.
