I’m a fundraising, operations, and strategy leader with nearly two decades of experience helping nonprofits scale revenue, stabilize infrastructure, and fix what’s broken behind the scenes. Currently, I lead Development Operations at Greenpeace USA, where I oversee the operational backbone of an enterprise-level fundraising program—supporting monthly giving, face-to-face, direct mail, digital, mid-level, grants, legacies, and major giving. I sit on the Senior Leadership Team and have served as acting CDO during periods of major transition. I manage budgeting, revenue and expense monitoring, supporter care, compliance, and project delivery across every revenue channel. As a consultant, I work with mission-driven organizations to fill leadership gaps, rebuild internal systems, and drive strategy—stepping in as a fractional or interim COO/CDO when needed.
