About Paul Morriss

Experienced in business change with over several years experience as a consultant. I have experience of managing programmes, projects and teams in the public and private sectors including Finance (APAC), Retail Banking, Telecomms, Defence Services and Insurance industries. My skills range from end to end ITIL delivery - defining requirements, scoping, building solution designs and implementing/managing project teams in both small and large organisations, ensuring that the project portfolio meets both the clients objectives whilst maintaining quality and cost control. This ranges from programme management through to Solution Architecture. Have delivered projects in a variety of industriesI have many years of people management skills working with Project Members, Stakeholders, and all levels up to Board Director. I truly believe that it’s a team that make a successful Project/Programme, and this should be communicated to the Project Team, Stakeholders and Peers. My ethos has always ensured that a Project/Programme can be delivered successfully with the minimum of conflict, and ensure any conflict is dealt with quickly and to an effective and happy resolution. Additionally ensuring that Stake Holders understand the requirements, goals and any issues that will arise at the initial discussions, creation of the SOW, through to the start and during each Project/Programme. Some of my attributes are that I am fully skilled in SOW Creation, Contract Negotiation, managing multiple Projects, Scheduling, Reporting, Change Management, Risks & Issues, Bid Management, Customer Satisfaction, and conflict/Dispute management. Working on both Agile and waterfall Projects.
