About Paul Shepard

Esports and building my community are my passion. I have been an esports organizer for 10+ years. My involvement has ranged from a volunteer Tournament/Event Coordinator for 8-Bit Esports at my alma mater University of Nevada Las Vegas, to Director of Public Out Reach Coordination for the Nevada Esports Education League (N.E.E.L), and now currently I am the acting Event Coordinator for Storm Rush Gaming. My drive and motivation is to help others, and giving my city the esports presence and education paths that it deserves. I now also offer my personal consulting experience through my business BET ON BLOCK GAMING. If you have an idea for an event for your favorite game, or your favorite community, my professional experience can make that a reality. My professional career is being an Administrative Assistant under the Senior Director of Educational Services for PayrollOrg. I assist with numerous interactive online payroll courses PayrollOrg provides as a Speaker Admin as well as work in Logistics for our companies yearly conferences such as; PayrollOrg Congress, Payroll Leadership Conference (PLC), and the Educational Institutions Payroll Conference (EIPC).
