I'm a hardworking, problem-solving, Mechanical Engineer with over 7 years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment. I currently manage over 9 different manufactured products from the design stage, through production and assembly. I'm also responsible for all cost evaluation of manufactured products and I advise our Production Manager to ensure profitability for our company. This partnership resulted in our company having one of the most profitable years in 75 years. I've also worked as a Logistics Supervisor. During this time I was able to streamline the shipping and receiving department. This was done by keying daily behaviors that increased the overall flow and productivity of our logistics department. This allowed our store to meet the companies highest goal for product shrink. I have over 14 years of management experience in different fields. This knowledge has given me the ability to quickly understand company goals and ability help achieve the company's vision. I'm a leader and also a team player that is able to work well with others and when needed lead groups to quickly achieve company goals and increase productivity. I want to continue to grow my knowledge in the engineering field and I'm looking forward to the next stage in my career. I hope to use my experience and expertise to strengthen your team.
