Background

About Paula Botes

I am a positive, hard-working, reliable, and enthusiastic individual who shows initiative in all aspects of my work. I communicate well with people, based on customer care and management experience that I have gained in the service and sales industries. In the past 10 years, I have developed a range of skills which I could positively use in any work environment. My key strengths would be in organisational skills, supervision of employees, sales tracking, event co-ordination, and training of employees, excellent customer service skills as well as sales skills, both internal and external sales. I am a self-motivated individual with effective problem solving and analytical skills. I enjoy working with a team and have experience in managing teams. I enjoy both roles equally. I know I could be part of any organisation as I take pride in my work, get along well with all types of people, and am hard working and ambitious enough to always succeed at whatever I do.
