RealHR is focused on assisting small to medium sized Real Estate businesses to navigate their way through the ever changing landscape of industrial relations legislation, workplace health and safety legislation to ensure they are compliant and have best practice systems and processes in place. RealHR is there with you every step of the way through the Employee life cycle from assisting you to find the right people and on-board them into your organisation through to termination and everything in between. Our aim is to assist you to maintain compliance, whilst building high performing teams so you can achieve your organisational goals. My areas of expertise and interest are Industrial Relations/Employee Relations ( legislation and award interpretation, drafting employment contracts for the Real Estate Industry, Work place health & Safety training, and employee grievance mediation. RealHR can assist you across all HR platforms from recruitment through to termination.
