About Paula McNutt

Prior to branching out and growing my Marketing and Business Development career in the construction industry I worked 25 years in the banking industry. I was provided many opportunities in Retail Banking early on which created my passion for growing and deepening relationships. I managed a Retail Banking Center at Bank of America for 13 years. I then went to work for Equity Bank where I worked in Commercial sales, I then transitioned to managing the Loan Operations Department for 5+ years. I was given the opportunity at Emprise Bank to utilize the skills I gained in both of my previous banking roles as the VP Business Banking Center Manager where we serviced Small Business Customers in a stand-alone facility. It was a great experience investing in the community by helping small businesses grow during a very difficult time. I then worked for BBOK as the VP Relationship Manager & Business Development Officer. Traveling throughout the state of Kansas and learning more about the communities they serviced was a wonderful learning experience. I look forward to using those connections as a spring board to grow our construction center of influence within those same communities. I am so excited to be a part of Jaco GC and all of the exciting things they have going on.
