About Tori Black

As the Education and Outreach Coordinator at the Child Advocacy Center of Sedgwick County, I provide community outreach and education to improve the identification of crime victims, raise awareness of child abuse, neglect, and exploitation, and promote access to vital services. I collaborate with partner agencies, community professionals, and the public to evaluate training needs, develop engaging curricula, and deliver programs through both in-person and virtual platforms. In this role, I build strategic relationships with organizations serving children, coordinate awareness initiatives such as Child Abuse Prevention Month, and lead the planning of the Annual Safety Fair in partnership with WASAC. My work is focused on equipping the community with knowledge, fostering collaboration, and supporting the protection of children and strengthening of families.
