About Paula Tasker

I feel passionate that no one should leave a business because of a bad manager. We've all seen, heard or at some point been that manager or person. We believe that 'Exceptional Leaders Create Outstanding Teams and Outstanding Teams create the Culture. We would love to work with you on this. We’ll work together to design a training solution that delivers an increase in your managers’ confidence, skill and capability. I also have a particular interest in wellbeing in the workplace with looking after people as a manager of people at the core. This can be seen in both of the organisations I work with: ML & C and Wellbeing at Work World. I’ve spent 20 years working with clients to design and deliver management development that doesn’t just put a tick in a box but creates real change in the business. Before that for 15 years, I worked in banking & financial services in the fields of insurance services: business development, product development, team management, relationship management, sales management, and coaching & mentoring.
