A strategic leader with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I have successfully led techno-commercial functions, business development, and corporate strategy across global markets. My expertise lies in driving business transformation, scaling operations, and forging high-impact partnerships that fuel long-term growth. As the Chief Executive Officer at Inventia Healthcare, I am committed to accelerating innovation, optimizing operational excellence, and expanding our global footprint. Leveraging Inventia’s strong legacy, my focus is on shaping the company’s next phase of growth while strengthening its position as a leading player in the industry. Prior to this, I held key leadership roles at Mylan (US) and Mylan (India), where I spent 20 years driving R&D advancements, business development, and corporate strategy, and at NATCO Pharma, I served as Executive Vice President – Technical Operations and later as a Board Member, leading strategic initiatives that propelled organizational success. I hold a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Iowa, a Pharmacy degree from Bombay College of Pharmacy, and an MBA from West Virginia University. Additionally, I have completed an Executive Course in Mergers & Acquisitions from The Wharton School, further strengthening my ability to drive high-stakes business decisions.
