Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Team Lead Recruitment at Heptarc Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd. The Team Lead Recruitment will be responsible for hiring new talent, conducting technical recruiting, managing a team, overseeing communication processes, and providing team leadership. Qualifications: Hiring and Technical Recruiting skills Team Management and Team Leadership skills Strong communication skills Experience in leading and managing recruitment teams Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in the tech industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field I graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Gandhi Institute of Technology & Management (GITAM) University in 2017, where I learned the fundamentals of programming, algorithms, data structures, and software engineering. I also obtained two certifications in Generative AI and Recruiting and Talent Acquisition from LinkedIn, which demonstrate my passion and proficiency in these areas. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to help Accelon grow and innovate in the AI industry.
