My career journey has taught me how challenging yet fulfilling it is to be able to collaborate with people across national borders. I discovered that beyond the cultural differences lies an immense amount of opportunities to grow professionally, build a network and make an impact as an individual. With over 8 years of experience in the ESL industry as an instructor & a training specialist, I can facilitate effective oral & written communication, provide excellent customer service, maintain positive client relationships and apply basic instructional design. Currently, as an offshore program coordinator at a registered training organization, I can fulfill my role efficiently by navigating varied computer software with ease. I have strong leadership, critical thinking & problem-solving skills. I am proactive, resourceful and keen on details.
