About Peggy Fox

20+ years experience as legal counsel. I currently serve as the General Counsel and EVP for Human Resources at RegEd, Inc, a mid-sized software as a service company, that provides best in class compliance management and licensing and registration applications to the the broker-dealer, insurance, investment advisor and banking industries. I provide counsel to the company's executive management team on a wide variety of legal and business matters, and risk management, including licensing, intellectual property, data privacy, corporate compliance and ethics and human resources issues. I manage the company's Human Resources team, with overall responsibility for the company's health and welfare benefit programs and 401K, personnel policies and procedures, recruiting and payroll. I also serve as a subject matter expert on financial services regulation, with deep expertise in securities regulation and compliance, and additional expertise in insurance licensing regulation. I oversaw the creation and development of the company’s Firm Element and Insurance training products in the company’s early years, and have continued to inform and advise on the company's compliance product development and extensions.
