In my early career in the life sciences industry, I held the role of shift leader in the manufacturing department of a leading pharmaceutical company, where I meticulously reviewed and approved extensive 'paper' batch records, often spanning hundreds of pages. It's a time time-consuming process to review and release the batch records. Later, I transitioned to the quality department, where the paperwork demands increased. However, a transformative moment arrived when I assumed the role of 'MBR Designer' for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This experience profoundly shifted my career focus towards leveraging digital manufacturing to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, and product quality. With a decade of MES expertise, I bring a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to foster team synergy.
