About Pramod Konde

As a teenager at school, I was the kid other students approached about issues with their phones or laptops. I was the go-to guy for fixing and resolving any technical problems. Today, not much has changed. I’m still the first point of call for technical issues. The difference is I now work as a solution expert to solve the problems of manufacturing companies. One of my most recent projects involved finding out the losses in the production machines and rolling out software to optimize the efficiency of the entire plant. This contributed to a reduction in staff numbers and a 16% increase in plant OEE. My strongest skill is my clear understanding of customer requirements. Being able to gather clients’ requirements and translate those into exact software and solution development is what helped me obtain a reputation in the industry. My current role involved a great deal of international travel. I have traveled to locations including Dubai, South Africa, Singapore, Turkey etc. and could provide the industry with the best solution for the companies there. In my spare time, I like to explore upcoming ideas about industry 4.0. This involves understanding the new software for the manufacturing industry. I also love to swim as a daily part of my routine. I always try to learn something new and implement it in my everyday life for the excellent development of society, Nation & world.
