My work experience: • Line manager • Program manager/project manager • Kanban master • Team leader • System manager • System designer • Technical coordinator • Consultant As a leader I like to motivate, inspire and coach my team(s) and I enjoy making people grow. I always try to find the big picture, how things get together regardless what it is, by networking and by that try to find different pieces of information and put the pieces together as a puzzle and share that information with anyone that needs it (team, other managers, project, etc.). Decisions anchored together with the teams is something I prefer but I can also take decision and “point with the whole hand”. I think that the team members have an opinion of me as a strong leader trying to find the best solution but also as a sensitive and open minded person. As a person in my work I am flexible (always try the find the best way for the goal) but in the same time I am structured and have very good analyzing skills. I enjoy and grove with responsibility and have a positive mindset. Personally, I enjoy working is a changeable environment and my mindset is that changes is something good and creates opportunities to improve for the team, company and as a person. As a person, a prefer situations with high pressure, high expectations and short time limits and I am a person that get things done. I like to find solution and not focus on the problems (problems should be solved as quickly as possible), I am result oriented and professionalism is a key word, so is honesty, responsibility and respect.
