The driver for me as a leader is the joy break accepted borders of what is possible and improve performance of a business. To develop a strategy with challenging targets and to create a fighting atmosphere in an organisation focusing on achieving the goals, is a great challenge and motivates me a lot My strength as a leader is that I have a broad experience as a manager since 1994, and have been leading in general all functions in a company. I have had the overall responsibility as the vice president, chairman of the board, managing director, key account manager and different department manager roles. I have worked in different types of organisations from legally to matrix driven and have the experience from privately/family owned to stock listed companies. I am used to work in an international atmosphere and leading people working in remote teams with different nationalities and Culture. I have experience from global development projects as a project manager in the beginning of my career until today where I am a member of the Executive Commitee of the Trioworld Group. I have experience from leading a business in both good times resulting in growth with employing people, acquire companies and in bad times with cutting costs and restructuring, closing factories, sales offices and business areas. I am business focused and like to compete and in all roles that I have had in my career I have been able to improve the result and performance.
