Lead Advisor & Adjunct Professor @ Indiana University | Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD) Educator & Administrator with Expertise in Human Rights Law Empowering Students & Advancing Justice through Research, Teaching, & Publishing With over 15 years of experience in higher education administration, I support undergraduate and graduate students in achieving their academic, professional, and personal goals. I have developed and implemented student-centered programs and services that foster the holistic and well-rounded growth and development of future leaders and physician scientists. I am also a licensed attorney, a journalist, and a Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD) graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. As an international human rights lawyer, my passion for social justice and human dignity drives me to conduct research, teach, and publish on topics such as extrajudicial killings, child detention, and peace. I am the founding director of the Center for Holistic International Human Rights Law Praxis at National University of the Union of Myanmar - Global Campus, where I teach and collaborate with faculty, students, and partners to promote the advancement and protection of human rights in the region and beyond.
