About Perry David
I started out working as a grinder and from there moved up to being a welder fabricator. After some years of welding and fabricating I made the decision to become an AWS CWI. I have been an AWS CWI since May of 2016 and have been working in the QC/QA field ever since. I have extensive knowledge working with D 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.6. From structural I made the transition in to the petrochemical industry working pipeline and then transitioning in to new construction of natural gas plants working with API 1104, ASME Sec 8, Sec 9, 31.1 and 31.3. I have since worked in high purity construction as well on Intel sites and other similar sites. As of September 2023 I made the transition back to the structural world when I joined Phoenix MFG LLC and the group of companies they work with. We currently work mainly in the mining industry but are moving more towards structural steel needs and eventually structural bridge fabrication.
