About Pervinder Raina

My career journey has been anything but linear, and that’s what makes it exciting! I started with a degree in Pharmacy, where I developed a strong understanding of health, attention to detail, and problem-solving. However, after moving to Canada in 2016, I decided to broaden my horizons and pursue a business education, leading me to work as a Customer Service Supervisor for six years. This role helped me grow both as a leader and a communicator, understanding the importance of customer satisfaction and how businesses can truly connect with their audiences. Along the way, I realized my passion for digital space and how businesses can leverage technology to reach and engage customers. That’s when I decided to pivot my career towards digital marketing. I recently completed a Digital Marketing Specialist Diploma, where I deepened my skills in SEO, social media, content marketing, and analytics. I’m now ready to combine my diverse background in healthcare, business, and customer service with my new digital marketing expertise to help companies navigate the digital landscape, drive brand growth, and connect meaningfully with their target audience.
