Primarily my current role involves statutory multi agency public protection across all areas of community safety and safeguarding of any vulnerable individuals or sections of the community. Initially trained by Rolls Royce motors rising to the role of development engineer before embarking on a 30 year career in the Police. Initially working for West Mercia Police for 7yrs, prior to transferring to North Wales Police on promotion, serving the following 23yrs. • Achieving successful prosecutions of both local and regional organised crime groups by supervising meticulous and detailed investigations, encompassing Fraud, Theft, Conspiracy and Drug Importation • Managing compliance in complex investigations acting as the primary quality assurance manager to ensure compliance in relation to submitting the case to the Crown Prosecution Service • Awarded numerous Commendations for successful prosecution of complex Investigations involving Conspiracy to import class A Drugs, conspiracy to Commit burglary, Robbery and Fraud. An experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organisation management industry. Skilled in Safeguarding,Negotiation, Budgeting, Government, Emergency Management, and Law Enforcement. Strong professional graduated from Shrewsbury. In my own work and in those I have mentored I always strive towards a high quality, efficient and timely operation.
