About Peter Ateshian

As an ASIC Design Engineer at US Navy, I leverage my extensive experience and expertise in RISC-V, Linux, SoC, and FPGA mixed signal applications to design and develop cutting-edge solutions for laser communications, LiDAR, ChipSat, and signal processing. I have been working as a senior DoD contractor and a lead engineer for over a year, delivering high-quality and innovative products that meet the Navy's strategic and operational needs. I am also a research and development engineer at Naval Postgraduate School, where I have been involved in various projects related to blockchain, smart contracts, distributed ledger, and security of smart micro renewable energy grids. I am a member of the BlockCollective, a Stanford SLAC alumni, and a founder of Xtrm Designs LLC, a consulting company that offers CAD technology and EDA services for various domains and applications. I have a strong background in bio electronics engineering, machine learning, and computer systems networking and telecommunications, with multiple degrees from UC Berkeley and NPS. I am passionate about advancing the state of the art in engineering and technology, and contributing to the national security and defense.
