Al jaren werk ik met gedrevenheid als GZ-psycholoog, psychoanalytisch psychotherapeut en systeemtherapeut, MBT-supervisor van het Anna Freud instituut en de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Psychotherapie en Mastertrainer Aggression Replacement training (ART). Bij GGZ-Breburg heb ik 15 jaar geleden het initiatief genomen voor het opzetten en implementeren van een intensief MBT-deeltijdprogramma in verschillende groepen. Daarnaast heb ik een organisatieadvies- en trainingsbureau: GO-consult. Het accent ligt de laatste jaren op het bevorderen van mentaliseren binnen teams in allerlei bedrijven en organisaties. Sinds 2021 ben ik (mede) oprichter van de stichting MBT-Expertise Nederland, partner in het wereldwijde netwerk van het Anna Freud Centrum (AFC) waar we consultatie bieden op alle gebieden waar expertise over MBT bruikbaar kan zijn. https://mbtexpertise.nl/
