About Peter Busby

I am English but moved to Italy in 1992 after meeting my then-girlfriend in London, & - Yes, I adore business. But I also adore PEOPLE. I have always looked for greater understanding about human potential and growth and have read much, but a close friend and Nigel Risner’s “The Impact Code: Live The Life You Deserve” inspired me to become a professional coach and make an impact on people’s lives. My UNIQUENESS as a coach comes from the blend of two cultures: my Britishness has made me respectful towards others, a very good listener and always on time, combined with my Italian friendliness, warmth and flexibility. I am completely bilingual and coach in both ENGLISH and ITALIAN. My key milestones as a professional coach so far: • 2023: Awarded the MCC (Master Certified Coach) credential by the ICF (International Coach Federation) which is the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession. The MCC credential is for the proven coach and is attained via training hours and 2.500+ hours of coaching. • 2023: Awarded the EMCC Accreditations ESIA and EIA at the level of Senior Practitioner, recognising the excellence of mentoring and coaching practices. • 2019-2020: Master in Systemic Coaching at "Menslab" in Rome, Italy. • 2018: Diploma in Team Coaching and Team Mentoring at "Menslab" in Milan, Italy. • 2017: Diploma in Mentor Coaching, Milan, Italy, a service offered to other professional coaches in order to sharpen their coaching competencies and offer better coaching to their clients. • 2016: Awarded the PCC credential by the ICF. • 2016-2018: ICF Local Ambassador for the Lazio region in Italy, to make sure the highest standards both for the coaching profession and the ICF are upheld. • 2014: Awarded the ACC credential by the ICF. • 2012-2013: Master in Coaching at the “Corporate CoachU” in Rome, Italy. I am a Coach & Mentor working for "Menslab" and am also a certified senior trainer for Cegos and FranklinCovey.
