My goal is to build a culture where people can feel free and calm at work and bridge the gap between work and life, so that they feel just as happy and safe in the workplace as they do at home. I am passionate about finding new and efficient ways of processing data, planning projects and resources, and finding and onboarding new team members to ensure that they feel valuable and empowered from day one.
