About Peter Donnan

I am a detailed, advocate for communication, and natural training person. I document processes and progress, to share with the company and the users- thus to help them in their activities, to work independently, and efficiently.I have worked in several areas of my current company, and have implemented our LN ERP system in 5 locations in North America. This has given me great exposure to how other offices use our ERP system, but also our go to market strategies. This helps to remember all aspects of the business, during decision making and support as needed.The areas I have been most involved with are all aspects of sales, order entry, pricing, quotes, and warehouse activities.Working with each of the offices, I have naturally gravitated to doing a gap analysis, by interviewing the users of the areas (Sales, Price, Warehouse, Service), to implement the ERP system correctly. Implementing and training the users at each facility has been successful for me, and enjoyable. I continue to support each location as necessary, when needs have arose. This can be an external customer needing our system to work a certain way, creating work flow and documenting those needs, and also to help the user avoid errors and how to correct them. I have been involved with month end and year end financial activities, and helping each area of the ERP system and companies for those activities.Communication, follow up, and coaching are important aspects that have added to my success in my career working with our LN ERP system.
