Happy to be part of Infrabel and support an organization with a genuine societal purpose, where diversity drives innovation and positive change.After graduating as a business engineer, I began my career in the container transport industry, where I worked for two years before transitioning to the banking sector. My early roles focused on Market Risk Management (Dealing Room and Asset & Liability Management) at both national and international levels. Over time, I progressed from expert to team leader, and eventually to Director. Later, I served as the Operational Director of both the Client Investments Department and the Customer Transaction Services Department. In these roles, I successfully led large departments comprising over 800 FTEs, gaining in-depth expertise in Budget and Financial Planning, Performance Monitoring and Reporting, Project Management, and Process Optimization.I strive to lead by example, acting in accordance with my core values of integrity, respect, and trust. I am results-driven while fostering the growth of my team members.
