Recent Projects • April 2023 – Programme to deliver the long-term replacement of the 3C partnership’s Income Management Systems. • November 2023 – Decommissioning and replacement of Microsoft Windows 2012 servers • June 2022 – Implementation of a new core telephony and contact centre system • December 2021 – Implementation and migration of data management system for Environmental Health and Licencing. • January 2021 – Migration of data centre site from Cambridge to Peterborough. • June 2020 – Migration of wide area network connections and data centre services to a new provider. • November 2019 – Successful management of a consolidated data centre project from in-flight to conclusion for all three local authorities within the 3C partnership. • August 2018 – Skype for Business migration. • October 2017 – Network Security lifecycle replacement, managed installation of new network security infrastructure in the college’s data centres. • August 2017 – MS BizTalk implementation • January 2017 – October 2017 – Oracle database Re-platforming, moving the College’s enterprise system databases onto a new platform. Experience & Skills • Project Management – APM PMQ, MSP and PRINCE2 practitioner plus Jira for project delivery. • Risk management using government and industry approved frameworks. • Procurement – Developing technical specifications for complex procurement tender exercises. • UAT and quality control of product delivery • Achieving results through others – Experienced in line management and team leadership. • Information Security – CISMP certified and able to advise on methods for secure data exchange. • Business Continuity – Designing, implementing, testing, and documenting IT plans. • Service delivery management – ITIL v3 foundation certificate. • Business Analysis – BCS Foundation certificate. • Documentation – IT level knowledgebase including SOPs, Work instructions and testing. • Validation and change management - Support validated GcP IT systems and change control.
