Leading business to a better tomorrow. Running and improving the operations by building high performance teams and leading implementations of daily management tools and routines to make the organization operate to it's maximum. Challenging people on the effectiveness of their leadership or roles when working in a team is one of the biggest contributors for success in transformations and output/result growth. Developing engaged people is key to sustained success. My team members and senior management enjoy working with me because of my open and honest approach to create positive discomfort whilst staying authentic and leaving space for other to act. With my experience in running operations in the manufacturing industry, my next challenge is to run a business with full P&L responsibility. When I am not working, I like to spend time with my family and to explore my limits on my race or go on adventure on my gravel bike. I also enjoy to experiment with fresh and healthy ingredients in the kitchen. Primarily driving change management in the HSEQ field. This makes me an authentic and driven people manager whose happiness grows when impact increases.
