About Peter Marsden

My passion has always been about delivering change and making a difference, but where the journey and shared engagement and commitment with others is paramount. As a director of Entec Si, shaping and building a company where the professional values and beliefs you hold dear become part of the day to day fabric of "how things are done around here" has been a remarkable experience. In practical terms this was about providing effective consultancy, programme and project management services across sectors to our clients but delivered in a way where the relationships you build with others, and the enjoyment of success, creates something special for all of those involved. Leading the IT transformation part of the Library of Birmingham Project from a green-field site to an iconic building over 5-years has to be a high point but there have been so many others on the way. As in the past the future is about change - moving Entec Si into its most exciting period of growth, providing opportunities for others to get involved and sharing our learning to help existing and new clients manage through successful business change is what we are about. My ambition and drive are still as strong as they were 25 years ago but creating a new model for delivering consultancy services is the challenge, which respects and builds on the client strengths and through a shared, blended team approach delivers improved and sustainable outcomes.
