I’m a commercially focused executive and governance professional with extensive experience across agribusiness, horticulture, food production and investment management. In my current role as Investment Manager - Horticulture & Viticulture at FarmRight Ltd, I led the full investment life-cycle for the horticultural portfolio, and now focus on acquisitions from opportunity identification, due diligence through to negotiation and settlement for the New Zealand Superannuation Fund’s horticultural assets.My career has included senior leadership, board governance and strategic consulting roles, where I have guided organisations through growth, change and performance improvement. I’ve held senior positions with Craigmore Sustainables, Pernod Ricard and Rabobank and currently serve on NZ Hops Co-op Board. This blend of executive and governance experience has shaped a pragmatic leadership style and a strong understanding of how to align strategy, people and performance to deliver results.I take a common-sense, results-driven approach to leadership.
