As an executive leader across all aspects of the fast-paced supply chain of fresh and processed red meat in Australia and export markets, I am a well-established industry visionary in the food industry. Senior management positions include President Australian Rendering Association (ARA), GM Premier Beehive NZ, GM Innovation and Strategy Primo, GM Operations Primo, CEO, Australian Country Choice. I keep my hand on the pulse, knowing what is happening on the ground as an active member of various industry committees within the manufacturing, production, processing, sales, marketing & trade sectors. I am currently a Board Director and Chair of the ARA. The crux of my successful leadership comes from my ability to influence cultural change by enabling my team to own the vision & own their actions while building & cultivating strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
