About Peter Ness

As a lawyer with over three decades of experience, I provide general legal representation to businesses and individuals, with emphasis on providing practical, pragmatic and cost effective results. My professional experience lies in general business and corporate representation in the areas of taxation, finance, business transactions, securities, capital formation, estate planning and executive compensation and employment. I represent clients before Federal and State authorities including the Internal Revenue Service, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Labor, and similar state agencies. I represent individuals in selected matters involving civil, financial and tax matters including tax controversies involving the I.R.S. and state revenue authorities. I am also a life long snow skier. Over 10 years ago, I began teaching skiing. My immediate impression of snowsports school operations was that it needed modern technology to operate and none could be found. I founded Arlberg Technology Partners, LLC to create a cloud based enterprise application for snowsports instruction. As of Spring 2020, our Otto platform is in use by two ski resorts and our CRM tool offers a robust multimedia function to improve service delivery to snowsports students.
