About Peter Oliver

Peter Oliver is an Construction Director, Construction Manager or Project Manager with excellent communication and contract management skills. He has worked on many major projects for international EPCM organizations, major mining companies,consultants and most recently renewable energy companies for major wind and solar projects. He has extensive experience in materials handling, bulk earthworks, bridges and Mega project process plant infrastructure, wind farm and solar farm construction including all Civil Mechanical and Electrical installation. In the mining and petroleum sector he has worked on a number of different commodity development projects including Metallurgical Coal, Nickel, Alumina, Silver Lead Zinc, Iron Ore and Gas on three continents. However although still available for assignments in these industries his preference is to remain in the renewable energy sector. He has worked on all project phases from concept identification to construction execution. His adherence to Budget and schedule along with his ability to identify value engineering opportunities under the current capital constrained industry's​ environment is a real strength to any potential client or employer. Peter’s overall commitment to “Zero Harm “ see’s his projects always completed to highest possible standards in regards to safety performance and environmental compliance to world best industry standards. His most recent project has currently achieved over 1.8m man-hours LTI free in the very difficult operating conditions in South Sulawesi Indonesia. He specializes in project execution in difficult jurisdictions and unfashionable addresses, where community engagement, government relations and implementation of CSR projects are paramount to project success.
