My career has been defined by direct exposure to boards and top executives at the headquarters of international companies, where capital allocation and strategic direction are decided. Unlike branches that mainly execute instructions, headquarters are the arenas where strategies are shaped, challenged, and implemented in highly competitive environments. Being part of this context gave me a rare vantage point: observing and contributing to decision-making at the highest level, learning how strategies succeed, why some fail, and how execution determines impact.
