From teaching English at the University of Rochester to managing and supporting regulated training at the American Red Cross, I have undertaken to ensure learning is successful and that the procedures, training, and technology supporting that learning are effective. I have seen training from every angle, whether administering training, developing and writing training procedures and learning plans, interpreting training policy, providing customer support for field units, or managing and supporting learning management systems, I have made it my mission to facilitate the learning process in order to provide the optimal experience for both the learners and their instructors.
