After assisting my Father grow his construction business successfully for the past 3 years, I find myself wanting to go back to my passion of mentoring and coaching sales staff and making a visible difference in a corporate setting. I am a very creative, versatile and diligent individual with over 12 years FMCG experience in areas such as Alcohol beverages, cellular industry and software development and implementation. I have worked on many high profile global brands where I have fulfilled numerous roles from Sales, Commercial Strategy and Implementation as well as Strategic Innovation launches. I have a strong ability to develop & execute plans efficiently and effectively through cross functional leadership. I am highly motivated to deliver all strategic goals set, with high levels of attention to detail and a strong passion for solution creation. Some of my achievements include growing the on-consumption key account channel with customers like Sun international casino, Stones and Primi Piatti in all categories which in turn earned me the opportunity to take on the bigger off-consumption key account channels such as Biggest SA, Spar, Pick n Pay & Shoprite just to name a few. I believe that my skills, experience and my passion for sales, strategy, Implementation and customer relationship building are a perfect match for this position.
