I am a enthusiastic customer focused leader with experience in delivering business solutions to large corporate customers, this includes being accountable for a portfolio worth $12M. I started my leadership career at The National Bank as a Team Leader in their Contact Centre. I now lead client engagement teams to understand client business goals and iniatives, build appropriate solutions and deliver on the agreed outcomes. I really enjoy working with people. I have found my style and personality gives me the ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the customer and internally which is key to winning and delivering successful outcomes for my clients. I love to win and build a winning culture that people want to be part of. I am a very strong advocate for my customers and my employer, this ensures I am able to achieve the right outcomes for both parties.
