I am a driven and excellence-seeking strategist, communicator, and organizational leader who has spent over a decade working to advance clean energy and climate adaptation. My professional background blends experience in strategic communications, advocacy and issue campaigns, coalition management, legislative affairs, and organizational development. I'm energized by helping organizations and coalitions identify their goals, develop key partnerships, and align behind impactful strategies to tackle difficult challenges. I am practiced at navigating complex and rapidly changing landscapes, communicating complex policy issues, and driving consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders. Some things I am proud to have worked on include: • Leading the development and implementation of strategic communications efforts for the de Blasio administration’s $20 billion climate adaptation portfolio in New York City • Designing and managing the development of a seven-year strategic plan for a major New York City cultural institution • Successfully advocating for the city of Washington, D.C. to divest from fossil fuels • Supporting the Obama Administration's climate initiatives, including the Clean Power Plan, though coordinated, multi-state communications campaigns I'm always happy to connect with people doing good work.
