Engaging in consultation with LPAs, developers and stakeholders as a statutory consultee in regards to the PROW networks and countryside interests including fair and required compensation and mitigation, green recovery, biodiversity, countryside access and recreation, active travel, and climate change action and resilience. Growing the holistic strategic approach to the Service's engagement with the planning system, Hampshire 2050 plan, and developement to achieve sustainability and net zero, including improving and protecting the PROW network, access to the countryside and Hampshire as a whole. with as well as for the holistic approach to the council pragmatic strategic and responsive consultee duties.Previous experience (7 years) as County tier Principal Planning Officer in DM and Policy. Also skilled and experienced (12 years) in architecture, engineering, eco housing design, CAD, and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
