About Philippe Jouys

During 31 years,which 16 were dedicated for teaching and managing students, my passion for aeronautics and human relationship were basics of my jobs. As Chief Helicopter Instructor (CHI), I tought in the French Arny Aviation (FAAVN), then for Défense Conseil International, in the Qatar Emiry Air Force Academy (QEAF-A). As CHI (regrouping head of training, chief flight instructor, chief ground instructor, quality control responsabilities) I created helicopter pilot course for the QEAF-A set up (day, night, instrument, NVG, NOE flights, basic ground instruction). In the FAAVN School, I was in charge of management of courses, planning, teaching, examination. I highly contribuated to FCL2's set up in the FAAVN and Flight Training Organization (FTO) approval for the FAAVN school,when I was Head of Training deputy officer. Qualified Flight safety officer, MoD Accident Bureau Investigator, I really seek for Flight safety!
