As a values-driven executive leader with over three decades of public service in the Royal Air Force, UK Policing, and Regulatory sectors, I bring extensive experience in leading complex organisations through transformation, crisis, and operational excellence. Currently Executive Director at the Gangmasters & Labour Abuse Authority, I oversee the transformation of operational delivery for two-thirds of the workforce, driving measurable performance improvements in regulation, licensing, and enforcement. I’ve led major change programmes, including a £10m joint police-fire shared service transformation, and held strategic command in national-level incidents and critical incidents. My leadership style is inclusive and people-focused. I’ve built and developed high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams across sectors, with a national role in advancing workforce diversity and inclusion in UK policing. My honours—including the King’s Policing Medal and the Blossom Award—reflect a career grounded in public impact, integrity, and service to others. I am passionate about delivering efficient, ethical public services and proud of the positive difference I’ve made protecting the most vulnerable in society.
