Background

About Phyllis Calvano

After more than three decades of senior level leadership roles in corporate strategy and finance, Vistage offered me the opportunity to leverage my greatest skills and passion - company finance, company strategy, and creating and developing high performing teams. My passion is working with diverse high-performing teams - diverse in terms of experience and perspective, as well as gender, race, culture - in solving business issues and identifying growth initiatives. When a Vistage Chair connected with me, I found a calling more powerful than personal gain. I launched my first CEO peer group in 2014 and still work with the first member I signed. Vistage is the world’s leading CEO peer advisory organization and I absolutely love what I do. I am not a consultant - I’m the person who has no problem asking you questions. You have the answers and my job is leading you to find them. I currently work with CEOs and Business Owners in middle market companies from all industries in the Greater NYC area. If you are looking for:** dedicated private coaching and group meetings to push you where you need to go as a leader ** a confidential environment to discuss issues and paths to success where everyone is an equal, there is no competition, and you don’t have to be in charge …message me here on LinkedIn or email phyllis.calvano@vistagechair.com to learn more about Vistage’s unique power to transform leaders and companies."If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together"- African proverb
