About Pierre Wallinder

Pierre has over 40 years of business experience, as owner and founder of several successful start-up companies: trading, manufacturing and education. Born in Sweden, having also lived in Poland for many years, he has extensive travel and cultural experiences. This entrepreneurial knowledge is now benefiting his clients, who seek assistance with their projects. Pierre has been a full time Realtor for over 6 years, focus area is commercial real estate and investor services. His dedication to customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service, paired with market knowledge are contributing factors for his clients' successes. Sales in 2007 exceeded 4.5 million Consulting/Business retention during 2007-2009 has resulted in procurement of $27 million in construction projects for a client. During 2010 and 2011 we participated in an envisioning process which has lead to additional completed real estate projects in the range of $24 million. During 2011-2012 the Sailing School saw more than 1200 participants, many of them youth who visited Buffalo's waterfront for the first time! In May of 2013 Sail Buffalo members & trustees started implementation of our Community Boating Center vision on the premier location on the Outer Harbor, funded in part by Niagara Greenway Commission. Starting with season 2015, main focus will be Sail Buffalo, a Sailing & Community Boating Center on Buffalo's Outer Harbor.
